Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices bread sourdough or your favourite
  • ¼ cup dill pickle hummus store-bought or homemade
  • ¼ cup alfalfa sprouts wash well and pat dry with a paper towel

Instructions
 

  • Spread each slice of bread with 1 tbsp of hummus.
  • Layer 2 tbsp of alfalfa sprouts on one slice of each sandwich.
  • Top the with the second slice and cut in half or quarters.
