- 1 tbsp catnip dried
- 10 oz boiling water
- honey/stevia to taste optional
- slice lemon optional
Boil 12 ounces of water in a pot or kettle.
While the water is heating up, add 1 tbsp of dried catnip to a disposable tea bag or tea steeper and place in a mug.
Pour boiling water over the tea bag and allow it to steep for 10 minutes.
Sweeten with a little honey or stevia if desired.
